We will be having a Pep Rally{(Fall-October 24,2008)(Winter-February 6,2009)(Spring-May 1, 2009)}in the large gym during 4th period. Please note that there are 3 separate pep rallies, and the period times have been modified as indicated above. After period 3, all 4th period teachers and students must report their 4th period class for distribution of the appropriate bracelets. Each student is required to wear their bracelet on their right wrist for entry into the assembly, and they need to continue wearing it at least until the end of period 5. Instruct your students to put them on immediately upon receiving them.
Depending on the color bracelet you have, you will attend either the first, second or third assembly. For example, if you received a Orange bracelet, you will remain in period 4 until 11:26. Then teachers will accompany their classes to the large gym. After the rally, these folks will have lunch. After lunch they will proceed to period 5.
Note that students/athletes who are performing in the assembly will eat their lunch in the cafeteria during period 5.
- Teachers, your bracelets will be in your boxes prior to the end of the day. Distribute them during period 4 {(Fall-October 24,2008)(Winter-February 6,2009)(Spring-May 1, 2009)} (10:32-10:37).
- Please note what times you will have to be where and inform your students.
- Teachers must attend the assemblies during the time that your students are slated to attend. Please spread out and sit amongst students in the bleachers.
- Blue Bracelets: Rooms 101-195
- Yellow Bracelets: Rooms 201-307
- Pink Bracelets: Rooms 308-415, all PE, and all office/library aides
